David Bernell

David Bernell is a professor in the School of Public Policy at Oregon State University. He is coauthor of the Substack newsletters Defending Democracy, and Barrels to Batteries. He is also author of two books, Constructing US Foreign Policy: The Curious Case of Cuba and The Energy Security Dilemma.
